Packaging design has the primary goal of attracting customers’ attention and selling your product. To achieve this package designs can not simply inform customers, but must also provoke feelings and communicate emotions. An effective packaging looks attractive, impresses with its creativity and creates that ‘must have’ response.
From initial research and logo design, through to finished packaging and label design, signage, advertising and brochures – whatever you need to dress and market your product, we can handle it all.
It's great to have the one easy point of contact too. Consistancy of brand is everything and nothing looks worse or works less effectively than a jumble of styles and intentions put together by different hands.
Most importantly, we’re cost-effective. You get all the services of a big agency without the disadvantages. We can deal with your preferred printers and suppliers or recommend those that we know will do your product and our work justice.
We like beer. We like wine. Heck, we like spirits too. We have worked in partnership with local beer crafters and Central Otago vineyards and wine stores to create labels, wraps and brochures. When Wine Tastes branded and set up their flagship Queenstown wine tasting store Third Eye designed the instore graphics and advised on aspects of interior styling. We have produced numerous brochures, advertisements as well as complete website design and marketing material.
From budget creme liquors, alco-pops, to high-brow Pinots we have designed them all. Contact us to find out how we can elevate your magnum opus to truly great proportions.
In 2007 Artemis embarked on an extensive rebranding and repackaging exercise for its renowned therapeutic herbal teas and tinctures. A new logo was devised, moving away from the boutique cottage industry health product styling that had successfully driven them for many years. It was decided that a complete revision of packaging principles was in order and the labelled brown paper bags were thrown out, and a range of colour coded smart cannisters were developed. The labels were updated for suitability for the Asian market that Artemis was now breaking into and have been greeted with enthusiasm from suppliers and consumers.
Third Eye has extensive experience in beverage packaging design having rebranded and produced ranges of labels for herbal tea producers as well as branding coffee companies, managing their advertising and packaging as well as full website design.
In 2008 The Fix revamped its coffee packaging and switched from the brown paper bag to a full gloss metallic bullet-style pouch. With a subtle 2-tone black effect and contrasting orange the bags are distinctive and uniquely Fix in flavour. If you haven't had a fix recently you haven't tasted the best coffee this region has to offer!
